BOW
BRICKHILL YOUTH CLUB
Rules
and Constitution
We
want you
to have an enjoyable time and to be safe and happy while you're at the
Club. The rules are designed to help that, and not to stop
you
having fun. Everyone who joins must sign a copy of the rules
to
say that they will abide by them. We hope you agree that they
are
really just commonsense. Click on the above heading to read
the
rules.
The Constitution tells you how we run the Club. Click on the
above heading to read a copy of the Constitution.
Membership policy
The full policy can be found by clicking the above heading. In summary, it is as follows.
1. Number of members
We
have a limit of 40 members. Once this limit is reached, any
prospective members will be put on a waiting list until a place becomes
available.
2. Attendance/deregistration policy
Members
who fail to attend four consecutive sessions will be de-registered.
Should they wish to re-join, they will need to complete a new
registration form and join the waiting list.
3. Helpers rota
Part
of our membership policy is that parents should join a rota to help at
sessions. As we have around 40 members and we meet twice a month,
this should mean attending only around one session a year.
